Dear Mr. Galen and Palr. Janey:
Our Public Works Department has observed that excess sealcoat aggregate from-
your driveways has been deposited within the travel way of Denmark Avenue creating
a road hazard and snowplowing obstruction. Contact was made with the Timbershore
Toamhouse Association pertaining to responsibility for the deposit of this material.
They have indicated that their snowplowing maintenance personnel did not deposit
the material in the street and that it was observed that it was done by the home-
owners of 3635 or 3637 Desunark Avenue. Public Works Department respect£ully re-
quests that this excess aggregate material be removed immediately from the street
section of Denmark Avenue before it freezes and becomes impossible to be removed.
If the material is not removed by Monday, December 8, Public lvorks Department will
remove the material and bill the responsible party for time and equipment used to
perform this clean-up.
I am sure you can appreciate the problems created by this material and will
help in its prompt removal. Your anticipated cooperation is appreciated.
