The following includes our proposal and scope of work on the Booster Stations.
1. Remove the existing gravel, membrane, insulation, and roof related sheet metal. Dispose
of properly.
2. Clean and prepare the existing concrete surface.
3. Install insulation to meet building code requirements of R-23.
4. We will sump the insulation at the scuppers. There are two on each facility.
5. Install 60 mil Firestone E.P.D.M. adhered membrane over the prepared surface.
6. Fabricate and install pre-finished cant edge fascia, scuppers, and downspout metal.
7. Remove all of our roof related debris from the workplace.
8. Provide a 15-year NDL warranty on all labor and materials.

As I indicated in our phone conversation, the above-referenced
property will be the site of a future water treatment plant and
additional water supply facilities. As such, we would like to
proceed with the formal platting of this property as soon as
possible to accommodate our aggressive construction schedule.
Therefore, I am forwarding to your attention the following
information to assist you in the preparation of all documents
necessary to process this proposed plat through the City and County
platting processes for subsequent recording at Dakota County:
1. As-built record plans of storm sewer, water main,
sanitary sewer and street improvements adjacent to this
site.
2. Site plans for the existing 2 million gallon reservoir,
booster station, well #10 pumphouse as well as the
original topography for this site.

If any additional information is necessary or helpful, please
contact me for a prompt response. It is the City's desire to
present the preliminary plat application to the Planning Commission
on October 24 which requires all this information to be completed
no later than October 6. In addition, it is anticipated that we
will award the contract for design engineering services on this
water treatment plant on September 20. Subsequently, 2 am sure
that the successful consulting enqineering firm will want to have
as much of the site information available as soon as possible.
Therefore, 2 would appreciate it if you would expedite your work
accordingly.
2 would also appreciate your providing us with an estimated cost
to perform all work associated with preparing the documents
necessary for the City and County's platting process requirements.
The City of Eagan will be responsible for payment of all processing
and application fees. The successful consulting design engineering
firm will be preparing the appropriate site plans and final detail
information (grading, drainage, erosion control, final street and
utility plans, etc.). I have highlighted on the preliminary and
final plat application forms those documents that 2 would like to
have your firm provide. I will anxiously await your response to
this request.
