WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. §412.851, the Mayor convened the

WHEREAS, there appearing no objections to said vacation and the

WHEREAS, it having been determined that other than petitioner,
there are no other parties, including public utility companies,
having an interest in said utility and drainage easements, and it
appearing that it is in the public interest to vacate such easements,
and there being no objections;
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion by Councilmember Gustafson, seconded
by Councilinenber Paulenty, all mewbers voting yes, it was RESOLVEG
