They have been completed, assessed and accepted for perpetual maintenance by the City of Eagan. 2. Storm sewer £acilitiea adjacent to this pareel have not been in- stalled. This property is adjacent to County Road 32 whieh has rural ditch sections for drainage. This County road does not have curb and gutter presently installed. Curb and gutter and storm sewer may be installed at some future date. However, there are no pending projects pertaining to this improvement at this time. There presently does not exist any sidewalk. There is no sidewalk anticipated at this time that would affect this pro= perty in question. 3.
