2. IVhere work on traveled roadway is necessary, traffic must be protected, and flags, flaces and proper
barricades must 6e placed in accordance with the standards of the htinnesota Highway -Department.
3. No foreign material such as dirt, gravel or bituminous material shatl be left or deposited on the road
during the construction of driveway or installation of drainage facilities.

5. After driveway construction is completed, the permittee sha11 notify the County Traffic Engineer that
the nork has been completed and is ceady for final inspection and approval by the Minnesota Highway De-

In response to your letter of December !., 1980, I offer the following informa-
tion pertaining to the above-referenced property that is requested by the Veterans
Administration:
1. Sanitary sewer and water main faeilities of sufficient size and
capacity have been installed providing service to this property.
They have been completed, assessed and accepted for perpetual
maintenance by the City of Eagan.
2. Storm sewer £acilitiea adjacent to this pareel have not been in-
stalled. This property is adjacent to County Road 32 whieh has
rural ditch sections for drainage. This County road does not
have curb and gutter presently installed. Curb and gutter and
storm sewer may be installed at some future date. However, there
are no pending projects pertaining to this improvement at this
time. There presently does not exist any sidewalk. There is
no sidewalk anticipated at this time that would affect this pro=
perty in question.
3. A letter of credit issued by the Community State Bank of Blooming-
ton has been issued to the City of Eagan in the amount of $2,710.00
to insure 20% of the utility assessments associated with this sub-
division ($1,760.00) and to insure that bituminous driveway approaches,
boulevard sod, boulevard trees and subdivision monuments will also
be installed by the developer ($950.00). This letter of credit is
automatically renewable until officially released by the City o£
Eagan and is presently still in effect.
4. The City will insure by authority of the letter of credit all these
referenced offsite improvements will be installed as referenced at
the expense of the developer.

The Dakota County Plat Commission met on November 7, 1978 to
reconsider the proposed plat of CLEARVIEW NO. 2.
After reviewing the plat, and considering the request of the
Eagan City Council the Plat Commission agreed that a twenty-
four foot access opening onto Cliff Road would be acceptable.
Said twenty-four foot opening would be twelve feet at the
southwest corner of lot 2 and twelve feet at the southeast corner
of lot 1. There by allowing for two individual driveways if
decided by the property owners.
