ticlar localized poin#s within fhe earthwork. Alhough #his is believed #o be fairly repre-
sen+ative of the condi#ion of the fill placed and compacted on this dafe, conditions at
other locafions and eleva#ions in the fill may vary, and we do na+ warrant or guaronfee
uniform fill densifias
4. We cannot certify, either expressly ar by implica#ion, fhe quelity of any work on 4his
project which we did nof heve the opportunity 40 observe at first hand. Inspec#ion of #his
earthwork project at irregular intervals does not permi# the inspecior to asxess the full
scope of the con#raclor's ac#ivi#ies.
5. If the sfructure is redesigned in size and shape, or if it is o+heraise moved subsequenf
to our inspection, we should be notified w#hat we can asseu if additional inspecFion
work is required, or sugges# sound engineering alfernatives. We are not responsible
for eny soil-foundation system where the s+ructure has been relocated wifh respec# to
exeavation and fill area, subsequent to our inspection.
