complete on a new service. If new service lines are not required, one check may be written for meter and permit costs. Write
meter type and size on receipt, code to 3716-9220 (meter portion only), and forvvard copy to Utility Biiling Clerk.
Enter meter size, type, receipt #, date & amount paid on PIMS Screen 110. Copy of receipt should be given to Utility Billing
Clerk.
The installer is to contact Buildiog Inspections at 681 -4675 for inspection of the inside water line and backflow preventer. The
Public Works Department may be reached at 681-4300 for water tum-on.
If ineter is over 5/8, call Public Works and let them know so they can tell you if they have one in stock before plumber goes
overthere.

I understand that you will allow me to periodically store a motorhome in the warehouses at the
above addresses under the following conditions;
1) The designated floor space will be defined by bollards that will prohibit vehicles
from moving beyond that area.
2) The stored yehicle will have less than five gallons of gas in its tank, with the gas
cap removed and the opening covered by duct tape.
3) The vehicle's battery will be disconnected.

Enclosed with this application for a building permii pl-?ase find plans for the Terminal
Warehouse !I facility we propose to construct on We-et Service Road. Aside from the
physical size (78,440 square feet versus 101,600 squar a feet ai Terminal I) the buildings
are identical. Both structures are the--tVpa II constructicn. Both buildings are 30' 6" clear
to the undsrside of the structural steel. Both facilities are public warehouses designed
for piled storage.
Please consider using the Fire Risk Assessment roport prepared by Mountainstar
Enterprises dated September 6. 1995, as a basis for /our analysis of this new facility.
Mountainstar has toid us that it would cost $3,000.00 to update the report for the naw
facility and we are unable to determine what new information the report will provide.
As in the first facility, we propose to install an ESFR sprinkier system and provide a
minimum of 1.6 air changes per hour through powered rvof exhaust, controlled from the
fire room.
