Due to their desires to have this additional antenna station operational as soon as possible, it is anticipated that they will be requesting the issuance of required building permits in the very near future. Although the majority of this freestanding building will be for City usage, I'm not aware of any waiver to any of the building permit tees. As a condition of the Lease Agreement, the applicant is obligated to pay the entire annual rent ($12;000) on January 1 of each year in accordance with Paragraph 4(a). I will assume that Finance wiil send out the invoice for this annual rent now that the Lease Agreement has been executed.
