Since rockface block is not utilized on the office buildings, the trash enclosure should be made of the same brick as is used on the buildings. Relocate two existing streetlights to illuminate the driveways. I have enclosed a copy of the lighting plan idenrifying the existing lights and their new locations. Finally, the landscape plan is unacceptable. Although it has been revised from the plan that was submitted for Planned Development approval, the plant material and landscape design is still lacking. City Code requires investment in plant matenals in an amount of approximately 3% of the buildmg value. Based on the total $860,000 building valuation, the value of plant matenals should be approximately $26,000, however, the value of plant materials on the plan as submitted is closer to $5,000. I have included a redlined copy of the landscape plan with several suggestions to increase and enhance the landscaping. Please have your landscape architect or nurseryperson review those comments and revise the landscape plan accordingly, then resubmit it to the City.
