In reviewing the proposed assess- ments based on the information you provided, we recall that you had purchased the 100' strip o£ land from Lot 20 of the Lakeside Estates Addition to provide you shoreline access to Hay Lake. In order to accommodate this transfer of land, Lot 20 was split into ttvo legally described parcels of which you are now the owner of Parcel 10-44300- 020-02. This lot was included in Project 383 for trunk area storm sewer assessments because it's a separate legally described parcel o£ record. However, based on your request to review the situation, it is not a buildable lot, and in a11 practicality, it is considered to be a part of Lot 9, Block 1, South Oaks Addition (Parcel 10-71200-090- 01).
