To the east of tiris property is a pond that should be considered a general development water.
Overtlow from that water is on this property. The water is seasonal and is regulated as to how it can go by
a culvert. I am using a 50 foot setback from the high water mazk of this water for the test acea.
Ideally, we would put 250 feet of drainfield pipe in the primary drainfield. This may be
reduced to 2001ineal feet using the .8 multiplier, if necessary, to keep &om getting to close to the existing
oak trees within the test azea.
The gade level at the top of the test area is approacimately 3 feet lower than basement floor
]evel at the house. With 30 inch deep trenches, a full gravity system should be possible.
Drop boxes shall be used.
The eacisting tanks shouid be broken in and filied.
Trenches are designed to be at least 20 feet from any permanent sKcucture and at least 10 feet from
any lot line. The deep, fuily cased well is at least 50 feet from either primary or secondary test. areas.
This design was prepared in accordance with Dakota County specilrications and should be
preserned for inspection as early as possib(e. Ail soil samples shall remain in place uatil this inspectioa
