The City of Eagan has received fully executed copies o£ Quit Claim
Deeds that have been recorded at Dakota County which officially con-
veys that property located south of the newly platted Sheffield
Addition where the ownership was in question. As each of you may
recall, your request to the City Council to have a condition placed
on this plat approval of transferring this property was subsequently
incorporated and has now been fulfilled.
These original copies are for your files. Copies of these have been
officially recorded at the County and are now duly recorded as being
part of your ownership. Please be informed that copies of this Quit
Claim Deed will be maintained at the City under your respective
legal parcel description file.
