betWeen the CITY OF EACAN, called Eagan, T80MA5 RICE and BONNIE RICE,/called
Husband and Wife
Rice, and ARMAND LAURENT an ?LAURENT,/called Laurent;
WdEREAS, Eagan has pcepared a feasibility report for an improvement
pro3ect for the installation of sanitary sewer and water laterals, utility
services, and street improvements on Golden Neadow Road, lyin9 easterly of.
Dodd Road in the City of Eagan, and Rice and Laurent each own land abutting
said road; and
WHEREAS, the parties desite to enter into an agreement whereby Rice and
Laurent will install utilities and street improvements on said Golden Meadow
Road 2yin9 adjacent to property owned 6y Rice and Laurent at their sole cost
and expense; and
WHEREAS, Rice owns Lots 1 and 6, Sunset Third Addition and Laurent owns
property on the south side of Colden Meadow Road desccibed in Exhibit "A"
attached (I.D.No. 040-29).
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Eagan will proceed with Improvement Project f418R under normsi
prccedt:res fcr t.*.e installaticn af sa!!i*_ary seNer and water laterais, utility
serv3ces and street improvements on Golden Meadow Road for that portion of the
road lying easterly of Lot 6, Sunset Third Addition, which addition Aas been
subdivided and developed by Rice.
2. Rice and Laurent ehall proceed to install sanitacy sewer and water
lateral improvements, utilitiea, services, anE street improvementa adjacent to
tAeir pcoperty on Golden NeaEoN poad to tAe east line of Lot 6, Snnset Third
J?dEitlon, according to City standarAs and eppcoved by the City Public Works

3. Eagan will not assess Lots 1 or 6, Sunset Third Addition for such
improvements, nor will it assess the land owned by Laurents, lying on the
south side of Golden Meadow Road for such improvements. It is further
understood that all other assessments for City improvements or assessments for
ott,er purposes may be levied against the property described above, owned by
Rice and Laurents and that this agreement shall have no effect upon sueh
improvemer?ts or assessments.
4. The parties anree that this Agreement may be recorded with the Oekota
County Aecorder and shall affect tne lands described atrove.
