We are in receipt of your letter of November 10, 1978, wherein you are
asking the City of Eagan Special Assessment Ccmnittee to review the
assessments for public iniprovmmt pmject #241 as it pertains to a
portion of Iot 20, Block 2, Iakeside Estates, more aoqmionly described
as the northerly 100 foot extension of Iot 9, Block 1, Southoalcs into
Lot 20. This letter is to advise you that the assessrents related to
Lakeside Estates Pi3dition aze being spread on a per lot basis and are
not dependent upon the size or configuration of any individual lot.
Therefore, this 100' x 130' parcel that is imnediately to the north
of Iot 9 is not specifically included as an assessable piece of prbperty
for inprovement project #241.
You should also be advised that although this lot split is reoorded
with the County it has not been approved by the City and is not
officially reoognized as an approved lot split. Proper prooedure
would be to make application for a waiver of platting for a lot split
with our City Planner, Mr. Dale Runkle. If you have any questicns
