(Seller), in consideration of the sum of One Thousand and No/100 Dollar ($1,000.00) and other

acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey onto Buyer, its successors and
assigns, the one-story, wood frame, single-family residence located at 735 Lone Oak Road in
Eagan, Minnesota.
To have and to hold the same, onto the Buyer, its successors and assigns, forever. Seller
covenants and agrees that it is the owner of the above-described personal property and has the
legal rieht to sell the property and that the same is free from all encumbrances.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND. SELLER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANT OF
MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
