classification and if zoned at the present use, assessments would be for
Residential Zoning.
n NOW THEREFORE, upon consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the
parties agree as tollous:
? 1. The City agrees to assess said property for the Prcject and purposes
described above as if it uere zoned Residential aL the raLes nau in
existence for property so zoned.
2. The OWner agrees for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators,
successors, and assigns, that if the actual use of said property is changed in
the future to a use or zoning category r?hich is assessable at a higher rate
than the rate for the present use, the City may reassess or levy a supple-
mental assessment at such time equal to the difterence betaeen the assessment
for the neu land 'uye and the assessment for the present land use at the
assessment rates, according to City policy, in effect at such future time.
3. a. The Owner for himself, his heirs, execu[ors, adminisLrators,
successors, and assigns waives any and all objec[ions to the City's righc

use and/or the zoning for the property is changed. Further, the Owner
