This letter is to verify that Wensmann Homes has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree Preservation
Ordinance on Lot 9, Block 1, Majestic Oaks.
During a site visit on June 22, 2000, a11 significant trees were present and in good health. A
retaining wall is being proposed to save tree #1 (30" Bur Oak) due to the change in grade
between the back of the home and the base of the tree. Locating the wall as far out from the base
of the tree would be recommended for the long term health of the tree.
The house has been staked. Tree fence will need to be placed outside of the dripline of all
significant trees to be saved. Future grading and construction should not have a negative effect
on these trees.
