the following described premises, situated within Dakota County,

That part of Lot 181 Block 3, WILDERNESS RUN FOURTH ADDITION,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County,
Minnesota, lying 20.00 feet on each side of a centerline
described as beqinning at the most northerly corner of said Lot
18; thence South 48 degrees 44 minutes 26 seconds East, assumed
bearing, along the northeasterly line of said Lot 18 a distance
of 112.54 feet; thence South 51 degrees 59 minutes 52 seconds
West a distance of 121.32 feet to the south line of said Lot 18
and said centerline there terminating.
The sidelines of said easement are to be extended or shortened
to terminate at the south, northeast and northwest lines of said
Lot 18.
The Temporary Construction Easement shall expire: June 1, 1989,
The grant of the foregoing temporary construction easement for
roadway purposes includes the right of the City, its contractors,
agents and servants to enter upon the premises at all reasonable
times to construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair and maintain pipes,
conduits, mains or ponds and the further right to remove trees,
brush, undergrowth and other obstructions. After completion of such
construction, maintenance, repair or removal, the City shall restore
the premises to the condition in which it was found prior to the
commencement of such actions, save only for the necessary removal of
