It was checked in two azeas and the result was a 23:1 slope, which exceeds the City's maximum of 3:1. A retaining wall is required unless the slope meets 3:1 or less. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued for Lot 18 until the slope issue is conected. As per our conversation on February 22, the City also requires an asbuilt survey for this lot in addition to a revised asbuilt grading plan showing the existing grades for Lots 16 through 19.
