THE SOUTH WALL HAS A STEP CRACK 3/8 INCH WIqE AT THE TOP ( UP 4 BLOCKS OR 32" ) AND 3/8 INGN WIDE AT THE BOTTOM. THE HORIZONTAL PART OF THE CRACK INDICATES SE7TLEMENT OF 1/4 INCH. THE SOUTH END OF THIS WALL APpEARS 70 HAYE BEEN PUSNED OUT ABOUT 1/2 INCN BY THE REAR GARAGE WALL BRACING. IN MY OPINTON, THE SETTLEMENT WA5 CAUSED 8Y THE SATURATION OF THE SANDY LOAM SOILS NEAR THE WEST GARAGE FOOTING.
