The original parcel referenced above had a trunk area water
assessment postponed by a previous agreement. Because two of the
three newly created parcels are very small, they should no longer
continue to carry the designation of having a postponed special
assessment. The only parcel to continue to carry the responsibil-
ity for this postponed trunk area water assessement should be
parcel 10-00900-021-50.
Because this is a unique situation, it does not lend itself to
establishing a definitive policy for future reference. Any other
similar situation should be reviewed on their individual merits as
the case may arise. If you have any questions, please review them

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Letendre Tbird Addition plat
does not violate any Subdivision or Zoning Ordinances. The plat drawing/survey
was performed by the firu? of Bolton-Menk and the Dakota County Surveyor has
reviewed said plat and, according to Bolton-Menk, concurred with the property
line delineations. As such, this replat will not have any adverse implication to a
future conveyance of the property.
City staff has reviewed the plat and essentially consider it as a housekeeping
measure that coaects previous surveys/platting that were slightly inaccurate. The
Eagan City Council approved the plat late last year.
