On January 12, 2004 a Correction Notice was issued to Northridge Exterior Design to
add more supports for gripable handrail on the deck stairway at the above referenced
address. You advised me that you had ordered more brackets and would install them
when they came in.
On June 14, 2004, you informed me that these brackets would be installed within two
weeks. As of this date, October 27, 2004, they have not been installed.
The City is requesting that you install these brackets within ten days of the date of
this letter and call 651-675-5675 for au inspection. Failure to do so may result in the
City notifying the Department of Commerce of your failure to fulfill your obligations as a
general contractor.
