1/8" Standard Assemblies are the most popular and cost effective solution to your cable railing needs;
perfect for all residential and light commercial projects. Can be used on either wood or metal railing
frames.
The standard assemblies you need for your basic cable project are listed here. Choose your assembly
lengths with the Threaded Terminal size to fit your type of post (metal or wood), a preferred End Cap
color, and you're good to go. Then proceed to the accessories and tools page to complete your order.
We also offer custom length assemblies so just ask if you don't see what you need. Or you can click
on "CUSTOM CABLE AND HARDWARE" at the left to see a wide selection of custom assembly parts and
architectural hardware.
Each assembly includes the selected length of 1/8" diameter type 316 stainless steel cable with one
pre -attached Threaded Terminal fitting, one Quick -Connect® SS fitting, two stainless steel Flat
Washers (or two nylon Flat Washers for metal posts), one stainless steel Snug -Grip® washer nut, and
two Colored End Caps.
1/8" Assemblies for Metal Posts
Our Standard 6200 Series assemblies have a shorter Threaded Terminal (4-1/4" long) for attaching to
slender metal posts.
