RE: Storm drain piping inside Wenzel Mech. New Addition
Dear Mr. Adams:
The overhead storm water piping has been changed as you directed to
NO-hub Cast Iron Pipe.
There are three areas in the building where the PVC piping exceeded
the 35 foot maximum Horz. distance by a few feet. These three areas in
question have not been changed.
At this time, we do not plan on repiping those three areas but will take
full responsibility for not doing so. We feel there should not be any
pro6lem with expansion as all the piping is in the warehouse area.
By this letter you are here'by absolved from any responsibility as plumbing
inspector to have anything to do with our decision.
In the event the building is sold and we move elsewhere the necessary
changes will be done before we vacate.
