Dear Property Owner:
This letter is to inform you that the City has received an application to alter the existing
topography through grading, fiilling andJor excavating approximately 1/2 acre of the
above-referenced parcel located within 350' of your property.
This activity is not associated with any proposed development at the present time,.but
rather, only deals with the removai and f or deposit of clean fill material to accommodate
the parking lot expansion. If there is any subsequent development proposal/appiication,
you will be informed through a formal mailed notice.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the City's review and processing of this
Grading Permit, piease contact the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department
at City Hall, 681-4646 by June 10, 1993.

LOT COMBINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, John M. Wcell and Walter F. Teske (hereinafter Owners) aze the
owners of two adjacent pazcels of real property located in Dakota County, Minnesota. The
first pazcel (hereinafter Parcel A) is identified as Tax Pazcel LD. No. 10-42600-020-02 and
is legally descn'bed as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, Knob Hill Professional Park
The second parcel (hereinafter Parcel B) is that part of Tax Parcel I.D. No.10-42600-
010-02 descnbed as follows:
Lot 1, Block 2, Knob Hill Professional Park
WHEREAS, the City Council has required that Parcels A and B shall be combined
into one tax pazcel in order to prevent tax forfeiture.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owners hereby agree as follows:
1. The Owners agree to allow the Dakota County Auditor's Office to assign one
taac parcel identification number to the azea consisting of Pazcels A and B.
