to the required 30' setback from public right-of-way.
COMAZENTS: 2045 Emerald Lane is located at the corner of Emerald Lane and Topaz
Drive. Access is taken from Emerald Lane. The applicant is proposing a 10' x 25' 250 sq.
ft. addition on the west side of his existing home. Currently, the existing sttucture is 30' from
the west property line (Topaz Drive). The 10' addition wouid leave a 20' setback. All other
