Dear Mr. Jeff Wheeler
Cit Of Eagan
Mr. Inspector
Based on the inspection report from December 4, 2013 you wanted GNR Construction to provide
specifications for the Bay Window regarding the property address 2088 Emerald Lane, Eagan for the final
window inspection of the Permit number EA114621
The Bay window was an exact replacement of the existing window. The window is supported through a
fastener near the top and bottom of the opening by driving 2 %2"long wood screws through the top and
bottom two pre-drilled holes at the jambs and into frame. Then installed cable clamps to the header and
anchoring support cable to the header mounted bracket. Then held the cable above the clamp and drove the
two center clamp screws in, locking the cable in place. Our installation process is in accordance with the
Pella Window instructions.
I hope this letter helps with the final inspection report
Any questions please feel free to contact me
