The window is supported through a fastener near the top and bottom of the opening by driving 2 %2"long wood screws through the top and bottom two pre-drilled holes at the jambs and into frame. Then installed cable clamps to the header and anchoring support cable to the header mounted bracket. Then held the cable above the clamp and drove the two center clamp screws in, locking the cable in place. Our installation process is in accordance with the Pella Window instructions.
