Those present were Kle1n, Yolzin, Knight, Rosene, Bolke and Hauge. The Comittee reviewe¢ the proposed assessment rolls schedule for asaessment hearing on April 13, 1970 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. These included (a) Eagandale Ceater Induatrial Park No. 3, aewer and water laterals and storm sewer trunk; (b) Cedar Grave No. 7 eanitary sewer, water and storm services; (c) Eagandale No. 1, sewer and wa[er laterals. Upon motion by Knight, seconded by Polzin, it was RESOLVED that the sasessment rolls as prepared be recommended for approval. it was reconmended that the assessment clerk be permitted to round off to the nearest dollar the assessmenta against benefited property. Upon motion by Klein, seconded by Palzin, it was $SSOLVED that said recom- mendation be recommended for approval. The Coumdttee discussed the spseading of asaessment credits for acquisition of easements over property in the event that thexe is a change in ownership, The Town Attorney wae requested to review the matter and make a recommendat3on at the next Asseesment CommiCtee meeting. It was recommended that the West linE of each of the three lots be asaessed for lateral purposes at such time that the assessment is levied. ? Upon motion by Rlein, seconded by Polzin, it was RESOLVED that no deferral be recommended for the asseas- menCS along Burnside Avenue, but that if a corner lot credit was appropriate, that such a credit be granted. The Committee then reviewed the recommendation of Che Town Engineer conceming increased assessment rates for the beginning of 1970.
