aud Kent lonea of Encompass, Ino., observed the cbndition of the iound&tiott wslla and floor on
January 21, 2003. Photogtaphs were taken at that'time to documerit the condition. .
The inspeoted horae is a single•family, wood-framed struature on a concreto foundation.
Construotion of the home was cotnplete at the time of the inspection.
OBSERVATIQIyS:
• A wall crack was observed on the basement wall, near the stau, extending fivm a
windaw comer ko ihe floot, appiox'tmataly 3 feet long. 'I`his crack has rtevelpped in
close proximity tb a control jaint bond hrealc materia' insuilted 4om the windcw to the
botcom.of the wall.
• ri wall craek was observed near ihe top of the basemenf wall, on the s.outh end of the
house below a beam pocket, apprnximately 3 feet long:
• A floor crack was ohsarve3 in the south end of the basement, extending across a
narrowed section of flaor slab from a watl comer to the opposite wa13; approximately 5
feet iong.
e A floqr crack was observad on the north end of the basament, extending across a
nazrowed section of floor slab frorim a wall comor to a stud wall, approximaYely 1, fooi
long.
