During our routine review of our sewer and water utility billing acoounts, we have dis-
covered that although you have been connectecl to City sanitary se,rer for a]irost 14 years,
you have not been billed for your quarterly fee for sanitary sewer service and treat-
r.ient. Our records indicate that an application for sanitary sewer service o?tion
was made to the City of Eagan on Decmt)er 12, 1968 and was approved on Deceuber 17,
1968. You were subsequently connected to the water supply on Octcber 1, 1969.
Your sewer service usage is based directly upon

or penalty and will be willing to spread these payments over tle next four billing
statements which are sent out on a quarterly basis (12 months). This will amoLmt to
an additional $144.84 that will he adcled to each of your next four a,uarterly utility
billing accoimts.
Your next quarterly billing is scheduled for the first part of Novanber. Your at,artor-
ly sewer service will be added to this account in additicn to your first installmmt
of past sewer bills.
