This letter is to inform you that, in the near fiature, city crews will be installing a sign in
the middle of the existing dedicated public right of way (Hilldale Terrace) located
between your two properties. This sign will state: "FUTURE THROUGH STREET -
Planned with DevelopmenP" to properly inform all interested parties that this public right
of way exists and is availaUle for future public improvements to serve the property
located to the north of you (Lost Spur Golf Club). A copy of the ]egal Plat recorded at
Dakota County and an aerial photo showing the dedication of this Right of way between
your rivo lots are enclosed for your benefit.
Please be informed that THE CITY IS NOT AWARE OF ANY CURRENT PROPOSAL
OR II`TTENTION TO DEVELOP THE GOLF COURSE. However, it is always a
possibility. If/when such a development proposal application is received by the City, we
will send a written notice to the property owners of record within 350' of the Golf Course
boundary informing them of such an application.
This 60' wide dedicated public right of way is reserved for the potential extension of
streets and/or utilities to serve the Lost Spur property. Private improvements, storage of
private property or other personal use is not allowed within this public right of way
without the issuance of a City Permit.
