Enclosed with this letter is a grading plan that conceptually shows the construction limits and the grading necessary to redirect runoff from the Parkview Golf Course along your rear property lines into the pond located within Ohmann Park. This work is necessary to address some of the drainage concerns that have been raised by the golf course as a result of the development of the Fairway Hills subdivision and Ohmann Park. Many of the trees that are designated to be transplanted from park property have already been done so. Because this agreement was recorded at the County against both referenced lots, please take the appropriate action to have this agreement removed. In consideration of rescinding this agreement, I concur with your suggestion that the City should acquire a restricted access easement across Lot 5. The description of this restricted access easement can be written as follows: The easterly 71.45 ft. of the north line of Lot 5, Block 3, Fairway Hills 2nd Addition.
