Current City Special Assessment Policy states that a residential property with primary driveway access to a"Community Collector" street such as Rahn Road is responsible for paying for the cost of the concrete curb and gutter and a portion of the street costs adjacent to the lot frontage. For this project, the front foot rate is $30.79 per front foot.
