This letter is to verify that Thorson Homes, Inc. has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree
Preservation Ordinance on Lot 7, Block 1, Forest View Addition.
During a site visit on Aprii 2, 2003, all significant trees were present and in good heaith. Of the
eleven siguficant trees located on site six of them will be removed for proper grading and
drainage azound the proposed house. Replacement irees will be required for the removal of trees
that exceed the City of Eagan's allowable tree removal percentage far significant trees (see
graphic for details). Location and type of replacement trees will be detertnined by the
builder/owner.
The house has been staked. Tree fence will need to be placed azound all significant trees to be
saved.. Future grading and construction should not have a negadve effect on these trees.
