EPPES VLRSERY SCHOOL. Mayor Blomquist [hen brought for consideration the
application of Burton H. Eppen for condi[ional use permit for a nursery school at
2057 Garnet Lane, Lot 16, Block 5, Cedargrove Number 1, Section 19. Mr. Eppen appeared
and ex?lained the proposal. There were no objections from the audience to the
granting of the permit. It was noted by Hr. Eppen that meals will not be prepared
a[ the nursery school. Smith moved and Egan seconded [he motion to approve the
conditional use permit subject [o the following conditions:
1. That the nursery school operation stiall be limi[ed to 16 students.
2. That the hours of operation sha11 be limited from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
3. The owners shall be required to obtain the appropria[e licanses from the State
of Minnesota.
4. That a11 State building codes for nursery schools be met and sha11 be approved
b:: the City Building Inspector prior to issuance of the permit.

sixteen students.
2. The hours of operation shall be linited from 6 a.m. to 6
