Now that this has been completed, the City has been contacted by the above-referenced property owner requesting the removal of two fence posts at the extreme north end of the plat on the south side of Lakeside Drive. I would appreciate it if you could arrange to have these steel fence posts removed without disturbing the iron pin monument in the ground to allow the property owner to maintain this area as a part of his established lawn.
