I've investigated the various cliargcs that will he involved when you appiy for a building
permit witli the City of Eagan and I have obtaincd additional facts from Jauies Tucker.
The property was pla?ted prior to January 1, 1983, Lot 22 consists of 1.226 acres and Lot 23
consists of' 1.217 acres. The City o( Pagan advised me lhat the park dedicalion fee for
property platted prior to Jaimary 1, 1983 is A325 dollars per square foot (for prokx:rty
plutled aflar 7anuary 1, 1983 the park fee deciieation is .065 dollars per sqaare fout.)
