During a site visit on January 9`h, 2006, all significant trees designated to be saved on the Tree Preservation Plan prepazed by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (10-10-03) were observed on the lot and are in good health, except trees #703, 721, and 722. Qriginally these trees were to be saved Uut due to house placement they have been removed. It is also noted that trees #785 and 786 were to be removed Uut now are going to be saved with the readjustment of the house to the north on the lot. Based on removal calculations the tree mitigation requirement will be four Category A trees, eight Category B trees, or sixteen Category C trees. The house has been staked. No silt fence has been installed around the trees to be saved. At the time of my site visit land clearing and a ading had already beb n. , Grading and construction of the new home should not have a negative effect on these trees and woodland being protected.
