NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE City Council of the City of
Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota, will meet at the Eaqan Municipal
Center, 3830 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, Minnesota 55121, on Thursday,
November 5, 1992, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as
possible. The purpose of the Meeting will be to hold a public hearing
on the vacation of a drainage and utility easement lying over and
across the following described property in the City of Eagan, Dakota
County, Minnesota:
Easement documents No. 371105 and No. 371110 having the same
description as follows:
An easement for utilities across Lot 10, Block 7, Zehnder Acres,
Dakota County, Minnesota, said easement being an 80 foot
temporary construction easement and a 10 foot permanent easement,
said temporary 80 foot easement lying between lines 40 feet North
and Northwesterly of and 40 feet South and Southeasterly of and
parallel with the following described centerline and said 10 foot
permanent easement lying between lines 5 feet North and
Northwesterly of and 5 feet South and Southeasterly of and
parallel with the following described centerline. Beginning at a
point on the West line of said Lot 10, 158 feet North of the
Southwest corner thereof; thence East parallel with the South
line of said Lot 10, 70.61 feet; thence Northeasterly at a
deflection angle to the left of 45 degrees 351, run to the East
line of said Lot 10 and there terminate.
