On September 10, 1981, a iremo was distributed listing several lots in
the Ridgecliffe lst Addition which would not be issued sewer and water
permits imtil sanitary sewer service had bee? made availahle. Because
it is not anticipated that gravity sanitasy sewer will be available to
provide service to the affected lots until July/August of 1982, Orrin
Thcucpson Homs has agreed to install a tesriporasy lift station fmm Man-
hole No. 37 to the 4" senrice line for Lot 8, Block 9, Ridaecliffe lst
Addition. Attached to this mes*io is a cbpy of the letter we received
frcm Orrin Thompson Homes whereby thev indicate that they will perform
the installation, maintenance and liahility of this tesmorary lift sta-
tion/force main sanitary sewer until such ture gravity sanitary soaer
can be extended across the future I-35E during the spring of 1982. There-
fore, with this terrporazy system being installed and maintainei bv Orrin
Thoi*pson Homs, the tei*porary hold on sewer and water permits and occu-
pancy for the follawing lots has naw been lifted:

On Nove-uber 17, 1981, a nre= was £onaarded listing several lots within the
Ridgecliffe lst Addition that had restrictions placed on the issuance of
any sewer, water or occuoancy pernlits due to the unavailabiliiy of sanitaty
sewer. There appeared to have been a duplication of lots that were refer-
enced for future restrictions as conpared to those whose restrictions had
been listed. Please be aware that the £ollcwing lots only will have re-
