-- On September 10, 1981, ar-emo was di.stributed listing several lots in
the Ridgecliffe lst Addition which would not be issued sewer and water
permits imtil sanitary sewer service had been made available. Because
it is not anticipated that gravity sanitazy sewer will be available to provide service to the affected lots until July/August of 1982, Orrin
Thoirpson Honres has agreed to install a tecrporarv lift station from Man-
hole No. 37 to the 4" senrice line for Lot 8, Block 9, Ridgecliffe lst
Addition. Attached to this remo is a copy of the letter we received
from Orrin Thompson Homes whereby they indicate that they will perform
the installation, maintenance and liability of this tem2orary lift sta-
tion/force main sanitaxy sewer until such ti.me gravity sanitary soaer
can be extended across the future I-35E durina the spring of 1982. Therr
fore, with this ter.porary systPSn being installed and maintainecl by Orrin
Tho?son H?s, the tes*qx?rarv hold on se?aer and water permits and occu-
pancy £or the follcwing lots has naa been li£ted:
