- On September 10, 1981, a meirao was distributed listing several lots in
the Ridgecliffe lst Addition which would not be issued sewer and water
Permits imtil sanitary sewer service had been made availahle. Because
it is not anticipated that gravity sanitary sewer will be available to
provide service to the affected lots until July/August of 1982, Orrin
Thompson Horcns has agreed to install a temporarv lift station from Man-
hole No. 37 to the 4" service line £or Lot 8, Block 9, Rida,ecliffe lst
Addition. Attached to this remo is a copy of the letter we received
from Onin Thompson Hcffnes whereby they inclicate that they will perfonn
the installation, maintenance and liability of this teirporary lift sta-
tion/£orce main sanitary sewer until such time gravity sanitary selaer
can be extended across the future I-35E during the spring of 1982. There-
£ore, with this tescporary system being installed and maintained bv Orrin
Thomson Hores, the tei*qorarv hold on sewer and water permits and occu-
pancy for the following lots haS noca been lifted:

Lots 1-6, Block 8
Lots 1-7, Block 9
Lots 18-23, Block 9
Lots 10-16; Block 10

the follaaing lots:

Therefore, the restrictions as referenced in my previous rrnsn will still
apply to these lots.
These lots are referenced on the attached map for your information. If
any problems arise pertaining to sanitasy seca2r availability, back-ups,
etc., please refer those calls directly to Orrin Thcrrpson Hanes for the
proper resolution. If you have any c?uestions to this release of the re-
striction on the buildirg and scwer/water permits, please contact rne.

any sewer, water or occunancy pennits due to the unavai.lability of sanitasy
sewer. There appeared to have been a duplication of lots that were refer-
enced for future restrictions as conpared to those whose restrictions had
been listed. Please be aware that the follaaing lots only will have re-
strictions p1aced on the issuance of sewer, water or occupancy permits:
