ANALYSIS OF FIINDINGS It appears that the fill was placed over the original natural without their prior remval. The buried organic soils must be renoved from the building area. It is reccrmiended that an excavation should be made along the rear wall line, approximately 18' wide centered on the wall line. This slnuld be i.nspected and approved prior to backfilling.
