The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the
undersigned on the lOth day of April, 1992. Thomas J. Davern
appeared.on behalf of plaintiffs. There was no appearance by the

Sased upon the arguments of counsel, and the records and pro-
ceedings herein,
THE COURT FINDS that Walsh Construction Services, Inc. was served
by a Deputy Sheriff of Hennepin County, Minnesota on February 26,
1992, with a Summons and Complaint in the above-captioned matter;
has made no appearance in this matter; and is in default.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Plaintiffs Hai-Hoang Nguyen and Theresa Thi Nguyen are
awarded all right, title, and interest of Walsh Construction
Services, Inc. in that property legally described as Lot 11,
Block 4, Vienna Woods (abstract), located at 2065 Kings Road,
Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota;
2. A certified copy of this Order shall be filed with the County
Recorder, and such Order shall transfer title of Lot il,
Slock 4, Vienna Woods (abstract) from Walsh Construction
Services, Inc. to Plainti.ffs Hai-Hoang Nguyen and Theresa Thi
Nguyen.
3. Plaintiffs Nguyens are awarded a sum of money to be proven at
a subsequent motion, which sum shall equal the amount by
which the expenditures of the Nguyens to acquire good and
marketable and unencumbered title to the property exceed the
sum of $117,012.78.
4. Plaintiffs Duc Van Truong and Nancy Truang are awarded all
right, title, and interest of Walsh Construction Services,
Inc. in that property legally described as Lot 23, Block 2,
Vienna Woods (abstract), located at 2073 Kings Road, Eagan;
Dakota County, Minnesota;
5. A certified copy of this Order shall be filed with the County
Recorder, and such Order shall transfer title of Lot 23,
Block 2, Vienna Woods (abstract) from Walsh Construction
Services, Inc. to Plaintiffs Duc Van Truong and Nancy Truong.
6. Plaintiffs Truongs are awarded a sum of money to be proven at
a subsequent motion, which sum shall equal the amount by
which the expenditures of the Truongs to acquire good and
marketable and unencumhered title to the property exceed the
sum of $114,353.25.
7. Any mechanic's lien rights which the Plaintiffs may have
shall not be extinguished by the transfer of title to the
