the proposed Vienna Woods Plat.
We respectfully request that you do not approve said
plat inso£ar as it relates to the layout of Lots 12, 13 and
14, Block 5 for the reason that Mr. Kreitz claims title to
the Westerly 15 feet of said lots by reason of adverse pos-
session and user for over fifteen (15) years.
we also request that you ask the owners of the plat to
revise Blocks 5 and 7 so that the lots in said blocks are not
served by Kings Road coming from the West. The cul-de-sac in
Block 7 could easily be rearranged so as to eliminate the need
of access from Kings Road coming from the West. Also, there
should be a requirement for the easterly extension of Vienna
Lane and Pin Oak Drive so they do not dead end at the easterly
edge of the proposed plat. This would provide access to this
plat from Cliff Road and Cedar Avenue. The reason for this
request is that an improvement of Kings Road would be a wasteful
expenditure of money and wholly unnecessary for the present
property owners located thereon.
