I reauested this meeting because, as the weeks ???ent by this
season, I had become increasingly nore alar:aed by the totally
unwelcome increasing height and mass of the dirt Yill n.cund '
directly across King Road from my oroperty. i was sure
every day that the pile-up must be at an end, but as there
proved to be no let-up, I had to protest. -
One of ths (several) reasons 2 bought this ho:ae over tvrenty j
years arc, vI as the existence of the geace:ful vista to i:he ,?ou??l,
culminating in the pretty array of trees at the iar boundary
o£ the field. All of this is notiv, of course, totally obscured.
Even with due allowance for prover landscaning of this nev+
mound, rising as it now does 70 feet above ambient surface
level of the King Road holding pond, this mound will still
be ?.?sisgtiy, •;,nMM,nted+ far out of proportion to the nearby
residential topography, far and ati:ay more noise barrier than
we viould ever need ior protection against 35-E traffic noise,
and sure to very adversely affect property value should I
decide to sell in the future as I very well could.
I also own the lot to my 'iiest, which is of courbe
affected in the same iaay.

streetlighting was not installed along Kings Road. There currently are streetlights located
at the intersection of Nicols Road and Kings Road and across the street from Lot 25,
