Your concern related to the several substantial oak trees that would be located within this proposed 10' drainage and utility easement dedication area. Please let this letter serve as additional assurance that the City of Eagan understands and appreciates the concerns that you have raised reqarding the protection of the existing oak trees. Because of the concessions made with the approval of the final plat reducing the right-of-way width by an additional 101, the City is reluctant to further deviate from the standard requirement of this drainage and utility easement dedication.
