of $199.44 related to the payment of 2007 delinquent utility bills at the address listed
above. As of 01/01/08, the $199.44 was certified to the parcel's 2008 property taxes and
would have been paid with the 2008 real estate taxes if those were paid. There currently
is a$320.11 assessment (as your assessment search indicated) related to 2008 delinquent
utility bills that were certified to Dakota County, MN in June of 2008. If payment for
this assessment is received on or prior to 12/31/08, this assessment will not be included
with the parcel's 2009 property taaces. Otherwise it will be collected with the 2009
property taxes for this parcel. In addition, there is currently an outstanding charge
totaling $145.08 for unpaid lawn mowing charges at this property. This charge is
