This letter is regarding Tony Yang at 1770 Kyllo Lane in Eagan, MN. There is currently an open permit
pulled from Uptown/Hero at this property that I would like closed. Since our work was done at this
home we have had instances of additional work being done under our permit. We had installed a water
heater to code that was moved by someone outside of our company that then failed inspection. I have
pictures documenting our original install and then the heater installed in another location. We are not
responsible for any of the work done outside of the water heater, water softener and rough in piping.
We won't be servicing this home moving forward.
