This letter is to verify that Manley Brothers Construction has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree
Preservation Ordinance on Lot 9, Block 1, Centennial Ridge.
During a site visit on January 9, 2004, all significant trees designated to be saved on the Tree
Preservation Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering, P.A. (8-21-02) were observed on the lot and
aze in good health
The house has been staked. Tree protection fencing should be piaced outside of the dripline of
all trees to be saved. Future grading and construction should not have a negative effect on these
trees.
