discussion of the storm water drainage problem that is affecting your

Council at approximately 6:30 and it is recommended that you be
present to discuss the matter with the City Council if necessary.

Last summer the streets and curbs were redone in much of Timberline
where I live. In addition there was significant work done on the storm
sewer in front of my house and up into my yard. This required the moving
off and then replacing of one of the trees on my property. This sprin.g the
tree did blossom and very smail leaves developed. I do not know if the
small leaves indicate that the tree will or will not live. I talked to Craig
Larson who was the forman of the work crew. I told him that I was
willing to wait until next spring to see if it would return to normal. Craig
told me that if the tree did not live it would be the responsibility of the
City to replace it.
The perpose of this letter is simply to let you know that the tree is
distressed and I will contact you next spring if it appears that a
replacement is needed. Please retain this letter if we need it for future
reference.

I am anticipating applying for a building permit for a
building that is similiar to the mini storage buildinGs you
are familiar with. Construction iaould be an exterior of
mostly metal, block and a peaked wood framed asphalt shingle
roof. Common walls between units ivould be wood stud walls
covered with chipboard. The ceiling would also be
chipboard. The building will include twenty units each 12 x
22 for a total of 5280 square feet.
The difference between this and other storage buildings is
that this will be "town" or "condo" storahe. Each unit will
be privately owned rather than rented.
Before archetectual plans, etc. are drawn, I would like to
know if the building as proposed meets the requirements of
the city. Please respond with your reactions to this
proposal so plans can proceed in a timely manner.
